I’m a Rehabilitation Technician who builds tailored exercise programs for patients with acute or chronic cervical, thoracic, and lumbar pain. I’m certified to use the MedX program, a specialized equipment setup to strengthen the cervical and lumbar spine.
In addition to rehab work, I bring experience with coding and the billing workflow. I’ve been responsible for posting insurance payments, making deposits, and depositing payments to the bank, with opportunities to learn coding as a back up coder.
My patient-care background includes hands-on physical therapy support. I performed therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, massage, range of motion, ambulation, and whirlpool wound care under the direction of a Physical Therapist, and I completed an AAPC Coding Course.
