At SIDE, I managed a Functional QA department of 100+ testers delivering QA as an external partner. I evaluated client opportunities, planned project capacity, and partnered with client production and development teams to align quality standards with project goals.

At Vantiva, I built and led the SQA team, defining risk-based test strategies and owning release plans and test cycles. Our end-to-end validation covered software on hardware for both client delivery and factory.

I also tested embedded software across Android and Linux set-top boxes, from bootloader and middleware to UI, and implemented BDD tests for Android projects. My experience includes supporting telecom clients such as Telefónica, Claro, Telecom Argentina, and Freesat, including an on-site UK assignment.
