Mariam Fawzi

I’m a Business Informatics fresh graduate from the German University in Cairo, ranked among the top 10 for multiple semesters. I build with a strong foundation in data structures, programming (Python/Java), databases (SQL), software engineering, digital transformation, and information security.

In my current role as an Associate Software Engineer at YP Capgemini Egypt, I develop web applications using Java Spring Boot in a microservices architecture. I also strengthen code quality through unit testing and mocking, while deepening my understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals and core services.

I bring a product-and-data mindset from internships and projects: I designed interactive digital learning materials using JavaScript, delivered an AI-enhanced analytics thesis for cloud intrusion detection (grade A+), and built a small database engine with B+ tree indexing. I’ve applied CRISP-DM for data mining and built ML models (linear/logistic regression, decision trees, K-means, CNN, Markov) alongside security work like a password strength analyzer and RBAC simulation.
