At EUROFAST INTERNATIONAL(CYPRUS) LTD, I manage IBSD day-to-day administration, client engagements, staff workloads, and corporate reporting. I work with Directors on procedures and policies that support reporting requirements and business objectives.
In my current role, I support blockchain and cryptocurrency services, including setting up licensed crypto-currency exchanges in Cyprus (CASP) or other jurisdictions. I also assist with international banking and electronic payment solutions, KYC and AML services, and legal support for merger and acquisition due diligence projects.
Previously, at Bigdata Professional Services FZ-LLC, I headed the Corporate Department, liaising with agents across jurisdictions and PSPs and EMIs on company incorporation, maintenance, and bank accounts. My earlier work includes corporate administration at Bizserve Consultants Ltd and legal practice, supported by an LL.B. from University of Nicosia and an LLM in Maritime and Transport Law from Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
