What I'm looking for

I’m seeking full-time HCA/PSW opportunities in Abbotsford and surrounding areas, where I can deliver safe, compassionate, client-centered care, follow BC standards and infection control protocols, and contribute through strong documentation, monitoring, and teamwork.

I’m a Dedicated Personal Support Worker with international healthcare experience in Canada and Japan, and a Registered Nurse (Philippines). I provide safe, client-centered care in home and facility settings—supporting Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting dignity and independence, and collaborating closely with healthcare teams.

In my current role at CBI Home Health, I deliver in-home services aligned with individualized care plans, assist with medication routines as directed, and monitor and document physical and emotional changes while maintaining infection prevention and control standards. I also bring geriatric ward and long-term care facility experience from Japan, including vital signs monitoring, intake/output tracking, and accurate patient record-keeping—strengths I’m excited to apply as I return to full-time opportunities as I await HCA Competency Assessment results for BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.
