At EDGE Business School, I analyzed training needs and designed hybrid learning pathways for in-person and remote delivery. I created interactive multimedia content and introduced ways to assess learning outcomes.
I also followed training quality and continuous improvement. Across my work, I contributed to designing and deploying more than 15 hybrid learning pathways and creating more than 50 interactive learning resources.
At ESCA École de Management, I storyboarded digital training pathways, developed and produced digital content, and facilitated educational workshops. I also assessed and followed learners in coordination with teaching teams.
My work has included supporting the digitalization of the full training catalog on Moodle and equipping three departments with a continuous assessment system. The resume reports a 30% improvement in course completion.
