What I'm looking for
I am a machine learning researcher with a strong focus on multilingual natural language processing and machine learning efficiency. My research aims to make language technologies more accessible to underserved communities, particularly in the global south, where resource constraints often limit the ability to engage with advanced language technologies.
I have a strong background in computer science and education, with a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the National Open University of Nigeria and a B.Ed. in Chemistry from the University of Ibadan. My research experience includes leading and contributing to various projects in machine learning, natural language processing, and data science.
I am passionate about making a positive impact in my community and have been involved in various leadership and community service roles, including reviewing papers for Tiny Papers, co-leading She Code Africa, and facilitating data science training and research paper review sessions.
