At Iron Mountain, I process HM Passport Office passport applications and supporting identity documents in a secure environment. I log and track records, scan documents into HMPO Track, and index them for accurate retrieval.

I complete quality checks for document accuracy and completeness, handling confidential information in line with data-protection and security procedures.

At Greenvale AP, I used Microsoft Dynamics NAV to manage production orders, track materials and stock, and maintain traceability. I also set up and monitored automated production and packaging equipment.

Earlier, at Myton Food Group, I operated production equipment, completed production logs and quality checks, and carried out cleaning and troubleshooting. As a Wholesale Trader at S.P. Traders, I sourced bulk goods, developed markets, negotiated supplier contracts, and coordinated deliveries. I hold a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and am developing my data-analysis capability in SQL and Power BI.
