I've supported FP&A and financial management for Vasi Shipping, a $70M-revenue business, across Singapore and India. My work spans annual operating plans, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash-flow analysis, and profitability analysis.
I prevented approximately $1M annually in revenue leakage and cost overcharges by strengthening internal controls. I also integrated ERP with QuickBooks to automate entries, reducing manual errors and improving efficiency by approximately 50%.
