I’m a Mechanical Engineer with 1.5 years of experience at CEAT Limited, where I built hands-on strength in SAP MM procure-to-pay workflows and formal configuration exposure. I work end-to-end across MRP-initiated sourcing, PO processing, goods receipt, and invoice verification (MIRO) to keep maintenance supply reliable.

In day-to-day operations, I manage material, service, and vendor master data, and I apply procurement controls like material reservations, inventory optimization, and storage location discipline. I also support maintenance execution through SAP PM—handling notifications and work orders (IW21/IW31), managing planning and scheduling, and tracking execution through the order lifecycle (CRTD–TECO and confirmations).

To strengthen business alignment, I focus on SAP MM integration with PM, FI/CO, and PP, including OBYC-based account determination and accurate inventory posting. This enables smoother implementation support while keeping transactions audit-ready and stock visibility trustworthy.

In parallel, I implemented SAP PM-aligned maintenance workflows in an aCMMS environment through a CMMS Implementation & Asset Maintenance Optimization project. I configured notification-to-work-order-to-TECO-to-settlement cycles, applied RCFA and FMEA for reliability improvement, and built MTTR/MTTF dashboards with IoT-based alerts to support smarter maintenance planning.
