At CLIFFWATER, I built and scaled automation workflows for fund operations, including AI-assisted tools that save more than 70 hours of manual processing each month. I also built and owned a tracking system for private-fund capital calls and distributions, supporting timely processing, accurate ledger bookings, and resolution of NAV discrepancies.
I produce daily NAV reports and handle capital-call deadlines and wire instructions, while partnering with external auditors on annual fund audits and managing K-1 and 1099 preparation and review. Earlier, I supported investment accounting and trade operations at APOLLO GLOBALMANAGEMENT and performed financial analysis and modeling at EAST COAST CAPITALHOLDINGS.
