Maintain the local pharmacovigilance system by performing literature monitoring, case processing, document uploads/reviews, and QC of PV submissions in line with regulatory timelines. Prepare SUSAR documentation, support PV audits/inspections, maintain PV SOPs, and train colleagues on pharmacovigilance processes.

Support local pharmacovigilance by collecting regulatory requirements and performing safety submissions to regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and investigators. Upload documentation to TMF, prepare SUSAR reporting materials, and conduct quality control of colleague work while providing ongoing feedback.

Perform PV associate activities including safety reporting and documentation processing while conducting quality control of colleagues’ work. Provide daily feedback to support achievement of sponsor requirements and expectations, and deliver training to less experienced team members.

Process individual case safety reports from clinical trials and post-marketing sources, including data entry, narrative writing, and follow-up activities. Perform MedDRA coding for adverse events, WHO coding for concomitant medications, handle literature-based cases, and support SUSAR submissions and documentation reconciliation.

Provide customer service by advising on medications and supporting customers with product information. Review prescriptions for appropriateness, manage purchase orders and deliveries, and stay current with medical developments through seminars and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Deliver customer-focused service by listening to needs and providing product information and advice. Detect therapeutic incompatibilities and manage medicine/product delivery, storage, and monitoring to prevent expiry or deterioration.

Complete professional training/internship with exposure to pharmacy and hospital pharmacy workflows including supervised practice. Develop foundational experience in medication-related support activities during the rotation.

Completed a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Pharmacy.

Completed professional training (internship) in hospital pharmacy within the Clinical Center of Serbia.
