What I'm looking for

I help biotech start-ups and research laboratories scale their operations efficiently, with structure and clarity. I’m interested in work that bridges cutting-edge science and day-to-day operational management, resolving inefficiencies in experimental processes and accelerating team integration.

At Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, UNIL, I coordinated workflows across teams of up to 20 researchers working on CRISPR and T-cell engineering projects. I also trained and onboarded new lab members in molecular biology and cell culture techniques.

At University of Lausanne (DNF & DSB), I supported multiple research groups with experimental workflows and standardized molecular and immunological assays, including RT-qPCR, ELISA, and Western blot. I trained 10–15 MSc and PhD students and used LIMS and Excel to track experiments and manage data.

At CBMSO (UAM-CSIC), I supported long-term molecular and immunology research projects, managed laboratory inventory and equipment coordination, and trained students and technicians in laboratory methods and biosafety. Across these roles, I’ve helped research laboratories and biotech start-ups scale operations with structure and clarity, improving experimental processes and team integration.
