I’m a senior strategy consulting and sourcing professional with 7 years of experience across industry and consulting roles in FMCG, retail, and automobile sectors. Managed ~$200M tail spend across 50+ indirect categories for India, delivering ~15% cost savings through spend optimization, supplier consolidation, RFQs, and negotiations. Drove e-sourcing automation using SAP, Ariba, and Coupa (RFI/RFP, Reverse Auction, Coupa CSO), achieving 100% e-sourcing for India spend and enabling 80%+ of POs via e-catalog.
