At Dar Tech, I owned the architecture and technical direction of 10+ core microservices behind Darlean, an ERP platform running in Kazakhstan, Europe, the US and Indonesia. I built platform-wide authorization with Spring Security and OAuth2, and designed Kafka event flows to keep product modules consistent in near real time.
I introduced SLO-based monitoring and an on-call rotation, then investigated OutOfMemory failures and container memory leaks to improve core-service availability. I also migrated the codebase to Spring Boot 3 and Java 17.
At Jusan Bank, I extracted subscription plans from a monolith into an independently deployable microservice with its own PostgreSQL database, reducing release time by 40%. I shipped a subscription service that generated KZT 10M in monthly recurring revenue and integrated a real-time tariff upsell decision engine that lifted conversion by 17%.
At Bereke Bank, I was part of a five-engineer squad that rewrote the internet-banking backend used by 850K+ users; it had zero Sev-1 incidents in the first six months after launch. Earlier, I worked as a Junior Software Engineer at ICBC (Almaty), Alterapp, Astana-Plat.
