Madeline Gonzalez-Williams

I'm a nationally certified pharmacy technician registered with the state board of pharmacy technicians. At Kellstrom Pharmacy, I process and fill prescriptions, resolve insurance issues, contact prescribers, compound medications, and prepare monthly medication packages.

I support long-term care facilities and hospice houses with end-of-life pharmacy services, create refill lists, process returns, build employee schedules, and train team members. Previously, I handled prescription processing, filling, insurance issues, and customer support at Walmart Pharmacy and Konza Prairie Community Health Center.

My background also includes inventory and shipping at Marton Technologies, customer service for a mortgage company, and supervising and training restaurant crews. I'm looking forward to applying the skills I developed through pharmacy technician training and on-the-job experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
