At Youth Integrated for Positive Development Initiative (YIPDI), I led the design and deployment of a Project MIS for USDS- and SDC-funded WASH and child protection programs. I worked with the MEAL team on data collection tools and analysis frameworks, and trained staff on information management systems and data quality.
I administer Primero/CPIMS+ for child protection programming, maintaining data privacy and child safeguarding standards. I also produce reports and information products for senior management, government partners, and donors.
At iMMAP (Information Management and Mine Action Programs), I designed and implemented an organization-wide information management system and developed standardized data collection forms and GIS protocols. I also delivered tailored training to staff and external partners.
At Development Hub (DHUB), I re-architected a business listing platform into an e-commerce, job listing, and procurement portal, improving operational efficiency by 25%. I also developed custom software and built an AI-assisted mobile application for pupil evaluation and assessment.
