What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on engineering role where I can apply fixture and product design, lean manufacturing, and FEA to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.

I am a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience in turbocharger manufacturing, fixture design, and process engineering. At BorgWarner I designed fixtures using SolidWorks and 3D printing, applied GD&T and FEA, implemented DFMA/DFC/DFS concepts, and drove APQP/PPAP and IQ-FMEA activities that reduced scrap and NOK rates while increasing productivity.

I bring practical shopfloor experience in lean methodologies (SMED, 5S), additive manufacturing for safety and ergonomics, and cross-site benchmarking with global facilities. I have led suspension and steering design in Baja SAE, sourced cost-saving suppliers, and developed MATLAB models and prototypes, combining analytical skills with hands-on fabrication and training experience.
