What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue managing project and operational finance, improving reporting and reconciliations, and supporting accurate, compliant financial processes across collaborative teams.

I'm currently managing accounting and financial administration for construction projects at Fitzmeyer & Tocci, monitoring costs, phases, budgets, invoices, expenses, and project financial activity.

I support accurate project reporting by processing timesheets and expenses, reconciling bills and bank activity, and working with Project Managers, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams.

Previously, as Financial Director at LAGUNASOFT, I managed payroll for 260 employees in Mexico and 40 in the U.S., ensuring compliance with local tax and labor regulations. I also led month-end and year-end closing, audits, reconciliations, and Excel automation for financial analysis.

My earlier work at John Deere included cost accounting, project financial analysis, fixed-asset management, depreciation tracking, CapEx control, and improving reporting accuracy through large-dataset analysis.
