What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a compliance-focused role where I can apply legal training to AML/KYC, CDD, contract review, and regulatory monitoring—working with structured processes, rigorous reasoning, and strong professional integrity.

I’m a law graduate with a solid academic foundation and a clear drive to work in compliance. I bring methodical, detail-oriented legal reasoning to regulatory excellence, with a particular interest in AML and KYC.

In my Internship-Legal Department role (Imperial Capital Partners, Zug), I supported legal risk management through contract review and drafting. I analyzed commercial and financial agreements to ensure regulatory alignment and protect corporate interests, while also assisting with the preparation of formal legal opinions and compliance documentation.

I also contributed directly to client onboarding compliance by performing Customer Due Diligence (CDD), identifying Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), and analyzing corporate structures. Additionally, I conducted regulatory research on evolving AML/KYC requirements and supported updates to internal compliance manuals, strengthening risk assessment based on jurisdictional and business factors.
