Lois Olaniyan

I am a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering student with hands-on internship experience in maintenance, works, and construction projects. I combine practical facility upkeep skills with a curiosity for emerging technologies, especially cybersecurity and system security engineering.

During internships at a university maintenance division and a construction company, I assisted in inspection, repair, HVAC monitoring, site supervision, material handling, and quality-control documentation. These roles strengthened my preventive maintenance knowledge and on-site collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

I have developed leadership and communication abilities through university leadership roles, certified courses, and coordinating student initiatives that improved teamwork and performance. I earned awards for leadership and service and published a book that demonstrates project management and writing skills.

I am currently expanding technical skills in SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, and beginner-level cybersecurity fundamentals. I seek opportunities to apply engineering precision alongside growing digital-safety knowledge to solve real-world challenges.
