At Citibank CSIPL, I independently test the design and operating effectiveness of fraud controls, executing more than 200 control reviews per month. I manage reviews from scoping through documentation and escalation, and represent the team in OCC examinations, QA reviews, and internal audits, with a zero-findings record.
I identified control weaknesses and risk coverage gaps, then worked with control owners and partner teams on remediation and updated testing and monitoring approaches. I also built an Excel-based testing template that automated a recurring control test and saved about 1.5 hours per month. I’m a Certified Internal Auditor and am seeking a remote Risk, Compliance, or GRC Analyst role with a global company.
