At PwC Tax & Legal, I advise multinational groups on cross-border reorganizations, international M&A structuring, Pillar Two compliance, permanent establishment risk, and wealth restructuring in Spain. I also coordinate international PwC teams, manage delivery, define scopes, and negotiate fees.
Previously at Alvarez & Marsal, I managed US inbound tax projects for European pension funds and institutional investors, including clients with up to $27 billion under management. I led development of an automated foreign trust tax return preparation tool that reduced manual preparation time by 80%, and founded Mibolet, where I built its business plan, financial projections, and investor pitch deck.
