At eFinancial and Fidelity Life, I directed compliance across carrier and agency operations and chaired the AI Governance Committee. I led regulatory examinations and developed compliance policies, monitoring frameworks, and training programs.
As Privacy Director at eFinancial and Fidelity Life, I built and operationalized the company’s first formal privacy program. I established privacy risk assessments, vendor due diligence, data classification and retention standards, and DSAR workflows.
