At Nezaj & Co. CPAs, I manage full-cycle accounting, US GAAP financial reporting, tax preparation, and client advisory services for multiple clients.
I lead month-end and year-end close processes, maintain general ledgers, prepare reconciliations and journal entries, and review Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements. I also prepare and review 1040, 1065, 1120-S, and 1120 tax returns while advising clients on IRS notices, state notices, and tax planning strategies.
I supervise and review the work of four junior associates, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
Across previous accounting and tax roles, I supported bookkeeping, audit preparation, accounting-system implementation, SOP development, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvement.
