What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead financial planning, business control, and strategic decision-making in an international, growth-oriented retail or FMCG environment where I can build strong finance processes and partner closely with leadership.

I've led finance, planning, and business control across Decathlon, Nestlé, Castorama, Adidas, and Alshaya Group in retail and FMCG environments.

At Decathlon Kazakhstan, I led the financial setup and development of the country business, supporting store openings, Click & Collect, B2B, e-commerce, and marketplace channels that reached up to 37% of sales. I built local Finance, Legal, and HR functions while managing cash flow, working capital, financial data quality, compliance, and performance steering.

In France, I developed business plans and investment models for Decathlon Sport, integrating commercial, financial, and CO₂ objectives. I also created resilience scenarios and product business plans that helped teams make decisions on margins, stock, suppliers, and sustainability.

Most recently, I've supported Eurasia-region financial control at Nestlé and delivered consulting projects that establish financial control functions, models, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI systems from scratch.
