At Bridging Gap Solutions, I reviewed commercial contracts against Zambian financial regulatory requirements and drafted corporate policies. I also supported compliance frameworks aligned with Bank of Zambia requirements and AML/CFT obligations.
I contributed to legal risk assessments for two proposed financial products, identifying regulatory and operational considerations before launch. I also liaised with regulatory bodies on requirements and compliance matters.
At the University of Pretoria Law Clinic, I supported pro bono services for underserved clients and researched civil, family, labour and commercial law. I drafted contracts, pleadings and regulatory filings for review and use in legal processes.
I hold an LLB and a second degree in Criminology and Sociology, as well as a Paralegal Practitioner Certificate. I’m working towards the ZIALE legal practice examinations and am seeking Legal Research, Legal Officer and Legal Graduate positions.
