Lillian Okello

I am an experienced early childhood teacher dedicated to nurturing children's academic, social and psychological development. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have worked at Muthaiga Kindergarten since 2009, applying both British National Council and Kenya National Council approaches.

My roles have included classroom instruction, child-centered care beyond the learning environment, and practical skills training for diverse learners. I have also worked in administrative and research-adjacent roles—serving as a secretary and assistant researcher—where I managed correspondence, prepared reports, administered exams and supported school identification efforts.

I bring excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, volunteer experience with community clean-up initiatives, and a commitment to inclusive, results-driven teaching that helps children reach their fullest potential.
