I’m looking to build high-quality geospatial web applications and automate spatial workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn complex data into clear interactive maps—especially for risk, planning, and data-driven decision-making.

I’m a versatile GIS Developer and Analyst with over six years of professional experience across the ArcGIS ecosystem, including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. I build web-based geospatial applications, automate geospatial workflows with Python, and deliver advanced spatial analysis with a strong focus on data integrity.

In my current role with FEMA’s Risk MAP program, I develop and enhance flood hazard mapping products (FIRMs and FIS). I automate processing using Python/ArcPy and ModelBuilder, perform hydrologic/hydraulic reviews, and integrate large multi-source datasets to ensure compliance with FEMA’s data standards.

Previously, I led modernization work for the State of Missouri DHSS by transforming a paper-based lodging facility audit system into a fully digital workflow. I designed Survey123 forms, built ArcGIS Experience Builder web applications, delivered a centralized ArcGIS Online data architecture, authored training and troubleshooting documentation, and provided hands-on staff support.

I also bring a strong analytics mindset from years of building interactive mapping solutions for stakeholder engagement. I’ve supported urban development and resource allocation using spatial regression and statistical analysis, worked with remote sensing and multispectral imagery for terrain modeling and land-use classification, and used tools like QGIS and PostGIS to expand analytical capability.
