What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an internship where I can apply thermal analysis and fluid mechanics to energy, HVAC, or process industries. I want to use my thermodynamics and heat transfer background, collaborate with a strong team, and contribute to practical, measurable system improvements.

I’m a final-year Mechanical Engineering student focused on thermodynamics, heat transfer, and thermal systems. With a GPA of 3.5/4.0 and Honors with Specialization in Digital Manufacturing, I enjoy turning fundamentals into practical thermal and design outcomes.

Through my internship experience, I’ve worked on real manufacturing and analysis exposure: at Nobel Alloy Components, I assisted with factory floor organization and workflow arrangement and observed pressure die casting for fan motor casings. I’ve also been a Manufacturing Intern at Elgi Treads, where I observed production lines and supported planning and 3-D design work.

I lead hands-on projects that blend design and thermal reasoning. As Propulsion Lead for a High Power Rocket project, I led a team developing a KNO₃+sucrose solid propellant rocket (target: 1 kg payload to 1 km altitude), designed motor casing and nozzle geometry in SolidWorks, and used Ansys to estimate combustion temperature and exhaust velocity. I also built a Retrofit Blackbox for Cars event data recorder/vehicle health monitoring system, integrating sensors, diagnostics, and predictive maintenance algorithms for real-time reliability analysis.
