I created technical manuals and system guides at Prime Meridian HR Consultancy Inc. while conducting QA testing, reporting software defects, and validating system functionality.

I’ve worked across business analysis and quality assurance projects, including TRUE THE FIRE, a smart fire detection and alarm surveillance system, and the PUPSRC-SMS Student Management System. My work includes requirements gathering, documentation, use cases, process flows, manual testing, and UAT.

I also tested UI/UX consistency for a tabletop ordering kiosk and managed the Barangay Buddy assistance chatbot project.
