Laura Magallanes

I’m a customer service-focused team member who brings strong communication, a pleasant personality, and good manners to every shift. I take pride in serving people in an organized way, showing appreciation to customers, and delivering food quickly and accurately.

In my work experience, I handle both cash and credit card transactions, provide accurate change, and resolve any doubts or issues related to food, staff, or facilities. I enjoy staying calm under pressure and making sure customers feel heard, supported, and taken care of.

Outside of work, I stay active through art and community service. I’ve drawn posters for school activities, volunteered at community events and school gatherings, and even paint children’s faces while helping create a positive experience for others.

I’ve also earned recognition through art and academics, including placing 3rd in an art competition and achieving high honors. I’m motivated to keep improving, learn new skills, and contribute wherever I’m needed with reliability, respect, and a strong willingness to help.
