At Construction Company Limited and Housing Development Company, I monitor contractual and regulatory compliance, review project records, maintain action trackers, and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and project teams. I also support contractor prequalification, tender evaluation, documentation verification, and audit readiness.

Previously at National Maintenance Training and Security Company Limited, I delivered safety training, managed inspection programmes, completed more than 80 incident investigations, and supported OSHA audit activities. I developed safety frameworks, conducted risk assessments and job safety analyses, and strengthened emergency readiness through equipment and fire-protection record management.

My earlier aviation experience with Caribbean Airlines built my ability to assess real-time risks, follow safety procedures, respond to emergencies, and prepare detailed incident reports. I bring disciplined document control, practical safety leadership, and clear management reporting to complex operational environments.
