I've designed enterprise dashboards, affiliate platforms, and AI-powered products across B2B SaaS environments. At Rakuten, I created end-to-end flows for the Falcon System, unifying affiliate operations across three business tenants for 500+ users.
I build role-based dashboards, scalable Figma design systems, and data-driven reporting experiences. My work spans Offer Management, Publisher Management, Analytics, Business Management, and a PR AI Agent that makes automated code-review findings traceable and severity-ranked.
I've also designed an AI training portal at Metron Security and an OPD management portal and mobile app at PCMC Startup Incubation Center. I bring user research, information architecture, prototyping, usability testing, accessibility, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams to every project.
