In my recent role, I delivered UX for regulated, data-heavy, compliance-driven platforms across government (India, Uganda), fintech, and US-based SaaS. I designed a payment monitoring dashboard for a Unified Payment Gateway Platform and an offline QR payment system (ScanPay) that supports transactions without internet connectivity.

I also led redesigns that simplified multi-step experiences, including the FOSCOS UX redesign for FSSAI’s national food licensing platform—covering portal redesign, dashboards, and a separate grievance redressal portal. For Agrixchange (APEDA), I redesigned the export promotion portal and reported 72.5% higher engagement and 111.1% increased homepage views.

Earlier, I partnered closely with product managers to improve B2B e-commerce UX and conversion, and I’ve delivered measurable outcomes such as contributing to $500K ARR within 6 months for an Offer Bank B2BSaaS launch. My process blends UX research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and developer handoff—plus AI-assisted ideation—to create clear, effective product experiences end to end.
