At Om Logistics and Supply Chain Ltd, I supported recruitment activities, including candidate communication, interview coordination, shortlisting, and onboarding support.

I also assisted with employee training and retraining coordination through the company Learning Management System. I helped communicate training requirements and follow up on learning completion.

Through this internship, I gained exposure to HR and logistics operations in a freight, courier, and transportation environment.

As an MBA candidate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Parul University, I’ve also supported participant briefings and coordination for induction and industrial visit activities.
