I handle and track security incidents through ServiceNow, investigate phishing and malicious email threats, and coordinate with relevant teams on mitigation.
I prepare ad hoc, customized, and scheduled reports to meet client requirements, and monitor Tripwire logs for critical file modifications on Windows servers.
I also have hands-on experience with 24x7 security monitoring, malware remediation, and OWASP security monitoring, including alerts for phishing sites, website malware, and defacement.
