At NTT Data Inc, I tested NexTEM, a communications lifecycle platform for managing processes from invoice processing to inventory management and ordering. My work included manual, API, integration, data migration, and end-to-end testing for Angular and .NET applications.
I created and executed test plans, strategies, cases, and scripts, and documented issues and results through JIRA. I also worked with the automation team to expand functionality coverage and took responsibility for execution.
At COX Communications, I played a team lead role on the Atlas project, testing interfaces and migrated data for an application supporting business sales, orders, and customer management. I analyzed requirements and developed API test cases based on user stories.
At Abbott Laboratories and Forest Laboratories, I tested Salesforce-based service workflows, application enhancements, and patient assistance processes. I prepared test plans and scripts, executed regression testing, and worked with validation documentation and quality processes.
