I'm seeking a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, MIS Executive or HR Analytics role where I can deliver data-driven solutions.

At Hindalco Industries Limited, I built an HR Manpower Dashboard in Power BI covering vacancy, absenteeism, overtime, engagement and discipline KPIs. I also supported workforce analytics and HR reporting as an HRBP Intern.

As a Finance Intern at Hindalco Industries Limited, I worked on financial reporting and Excel-based data analysis, and assisted with report preparation and data management.

My projects include a Hindalco E-Commerce Sales Dashboard for sales performance, KPIs and trend analysis, as well as competency mapping to assess employees and identify skill gaps. I'm studying BBA (Business Analytics) with IBM Collaboration at Babu Banarasi Das University.
