Konstantin Kalashnikov

I’ve spent over ten years in print and label production, and I’m currently working as a converting and die-cutting operator at Tadbik RFID Technology, where we produce RFID labels, tags and inlays. Before that, I spent eight years at Walli Stickers (2017–2025). I started there as a production worker and grew into a senior role running the production floor. I organized the department, trained new staff, handled order intake, prepared files for print, ran the digital printers, plotters and CNC machine, and managed raw-material stock.

My background is a mix that suits this industry well. I hold a B.A. in Graphic Design, Advertising and PR, and a technician diploma in radio electronics. So I understand both sides: I can prepare a print-ready file in Illustrator or CorelDRAW, and I can also set up, maintain and troubleshoot the machine that produces it. I’ve worked with a wide range of materials, including vinyl, films, PVC, MDF, acrylic, Alucobond and acoustic panels. At Walli I also designed custom wallpapers and interior decor pieces from concept to finished product.

Outside my main job, I run my own small homemade chocolate brand based on an original recipe. I handle everything there myself, from product development to packaging design and sales. I also do freelance graphic design. In my free time I’m into music production: DJing, beatmaking, sampling and sound design.

I’m looking for a role in production, converting, printing or CNC, ideally with room to take on more responsibility, such as a shift lead, production coordinator or technical position. I speak Russian (native), Hebrew (fluent at work) and English (working level).
