What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a challenging role in a reputed organization where I can strengthen my litigation, drafting, and legal research skills, learn new areas of law, and apply my experience in criminal and civil matters.

I'm working as a junior legal assistant under Senior Advocate Anjay Kumar Gupta, supporting criminal litigation and civil law matters in Patna. I've handled more than 100 cases across district and sub-district courts.

I draft and present bail matters, vet legal documents, and prepare agreements, plaints, written statements, affidavits, and criminal and civil appeals. My court exposure includes physical, virtual, district court, High Court, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court proceedings.

Through internships with advocates and Vidhi Associates, I've worked on criminal, family, property, arbitration, contractual, corporate, and administrative law. I bring legal research, case analysis, drafting, communication, and Hindi-English language skills to litigation work.
