At Indlulamithi Construction, I install, test, and commission split and integrated prepaid electricity meters for residential and commercial properties, following municipal and SANS standards.
I also manage the decommissioning and removal of old conventional and post-paid meters as properties are retrofitted with prepaid systems. Promoting workplace safety and accident prevention is part of this work.
Previously, as an Electrical Assistant at Indlulamithi Construction, I performed routine maintenance, fault finding, and emergency repairs on low-voltage overhead lines. I diagnosed distribution faults, carried out switching operations up to 11,000V, and worked on live equipment up to 440V.
