I’m an Industrial Engineer and Logistics Systems Specialist with over 15 years of high-volume automotive manufacturing experience, where I design and optimize integrated logistics architectures that hit quality, cost, and delivery targets. I specialize in SAP logistics design (MRP, PP, WM) and Lean Methodologies (TPS), translating process thinking into measurable results, including over $3M in annual cost savings.

In my current role as Senior Supervisor Logistic Engineer (Jan 2021–Present), I lead system architecture and implementation of integrated logistics systems to improve QCD outcomes. I architect continual improvement programs (TPS) to optimize resources, reduce energy and material waste across the supply chain, and spearhead IT business analysis for production planning and technical infrastructure updates. I also oversee multi-million peso logistics infrastructure budgets to ensure solutions align with corporate financial and sustainability goals.

Earlier, as Inventory & Logistic Supervisor / Industrial Engineer (Nov 2010–Jan 2021), I developed and improved an integrated inventory system and WMS, automating FIFO dispatching and storage bin management via SAP. I led end-to-end deployment of a Weighing and Material Transfer Scanning System, eliminating manual encoding and improving data accuracy by 95%, while motion & time studies helped re-engineer plant layouts and raise output from 9 to 14 units per activity. Through system redesign and structured problem-solving, I’ve driven annual savings of $1M and $1.2M, supported organized carbon-efficient inventory flow, and earned global recognition for just-in-time production system innovation.
