Kiran Samantha

I’m a Computer Science undergraduate specializing in IoT, cybersecurity, and blockchain, with a strong foundation in network security, threat detection, penetration testing concepts, and cybersecurity analysis. I focus on turning security knowledge into practical systems through research and hands-on cybersecurity projects.

I’ve worked as a Data Science Intern, where I analyzed datasets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights. I performed data preprocessing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) with Python, and created clear data visualizations using Power BI to support stakeholder decision-making.

My projects reflect my interest in security and applied AI: I built an SIEM-based threat detection setup using Wazuh with a segmented enterprise network, and I created a blockchain-based voting system with Solidity smart contracts. I also developed a Vision AI + RAG calorie detector, and I’m passionate about applying cybersecurity expertise to improve AI systems through security evaluations, testing, and high-quality technical analysis.
