At Education Dynamics, I ran the development team and introduced Claude in 2026, training each developer to use it. I wrote a skill system that lets a developer request a routine task and have an agent complete it.
I developed ADAgent, an accessibility remediation agent that traces scan violations to their sources and writes deterministic fixes. It covers WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA, fixes 25 violation classes without a human, and runs five checks before a change merges.
I also developed EMS Forms, a form builder, database, and embeddable runtime holding roughly 150 client forms. Its chatbot helps account managers and project coordinators build forms without a development ticket.
Before Education Dynamics, I set up the Web Developer Team Lead role and its processes at Logical Position, growing the team to 15 people. Outside work, I build Kima, an open-source self-hosted music server, and contribute to open-source projects including openclaw.
