At NCBA Group, I automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports for multiple departments, reducing manual turnaround time. I also partnered with the RPA and Accounts Opening teams to build a data pipeline that automated delivery of core reporting data.
As a Data Analyst Intern, I handled ad hoc data and reporting requests from multiple teams, resolving roughly 20 tickets per week. Earlier, I supported client investment instructions and prepared records and reports as a Custodial Services Intern.
