At RCU Sistemas S.A de C.V., I develop operational reports by extracting, analyzing, and consolidating monthly data to track operations and identify incident patterns and hardware performance metrics.
I monitor telemetry and data quality on the Botones de Asistencia platform, auditing for inactive devices and triggering preventive technical support actions.
I also interpret system data to diagnose faults and remotely run corrective configuration commands. I execute validation protocols and operational audits with end beneficiaries to check service standards.
During my social service with Sistema de Transporte Colectivo Metro, I digitized and redesigned work-order forms in Excel and organized preventive and corrective maintenance reports. I’m continuing my training in data analysis and business analytics, including SQL, Python, Power BI, and applied statistics.
