I'm leading KPMG UK's Cyber Threat Intelligence Cell, shaping its operating model, governance, external profile, and integration across Cyber Defence and Cyber Response Services.

Before KPMG, I built and launched a commercial Threat Intelligence service at Advania UK, a £450m-turnover Enterprise MSSP. I owned its strategy, roadmap, service design, go-to-market support, commercial forecasting, procurement, resource planning, and talent management.

I've embedded CTI into incident response, DFIR, penetration testing, cyber risk, and cyber strategy, translating complex threat activity into tactical response, SOC enablement, and senior decision-making. I also developed three junior analysts into senior analysts and supported one senior analyst to manager level.

My background includes UK Government intelligence, cyber incident response coordination, insider-threat and fraud analysis, and criminal investigations. I bring practical intelligence tradecraft, structured analysis, and experience briefing everyone from non-technical leaders to technical C-level stakeholders.
