What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a community or growth role where I can build engaged user communities, improve support and moderation workflows, turn feedback into action, and drive adoption across Web3, fintech, or digital products.

I've built and moderated online communities across Web3, fintech, and digital products, combining outreach, user support, feedback, and community-led growth.

At Soleapp, an Australian fintech, I ran targeted outreach, managed digital engagement, refined support workflows, and turned recurring user feedback into recommendations for outreach and product communication.

As Lead Community Moderator at Memescope Degen, I grew the community from zero to 5,000+ members through engagement campaigns, Discord onboarding, moderation rules, and retention-focused communication.

I've also supported Grub Link, Dusa-Labs, and DAO ecosystems through moderation, AMAs, Zealy sprints, contests, governance participation, and responsive community operations.
