At Nwigwe LP, I led the legal team representing the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in pre-election matters from the Election Tribunal to the Court of Appeal, securing favorable judgments in all proceedings.
I also represented a sitting Member of the House of Representatives in litigation to reclaim his mandate. The final victory led to his swearing-in as a Member of the House of Representatives.
My work at Nwigwe LP included handling over 32 pre-election matters and examining electoral materials, including BVAS records and polling unit results. I also drafted court processes and advised political parties, candidates, and public office holders on governance, policy, and regulatory compliance.
Earlier, I participated in civil, commercial, and criminal court and arbitral proceedings at Matthias Uko Adeshi&Associates, and represented clients and drafted litigation processes at AlfredB. Ugbowie& Co. I hold an LL.B. and a qualifying degree (B.L), and I'm a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
